Overview
Calm is the best app that helps you to calm your anxiety and lower the stress with the meditation sessions. If you feel anxious, stressed and not getting sleep, then you can use this app. It includes stories that helps you sleep, meditation lessons from the health experts and music to relax, focus, work, nature melodies & lullabies. You can follow the sessions according to your schedule. It has 2 or minutes sessions for quick meditation. It can use these sessions when outside the home to quickly calm your anger, anxiety and manage stress. You can also join the 7 or 21 days therapy containing 10 to 25 minutes sessions each day.
User-Friendly Interface
Calm has an user-friendly interface. You can easily navigate between home, sleep, medidate, music and search section from the bottom fixed tab. When you tap on any session, it shows the scenery on the upper half of the screen and the session’s window on the lower half. You can swipe up this window to see the full list of sessions. Tap on any file to play it and it will play in a new window.

There are more than 40 scenes with nature sounds in the app. Each scene is so perfect for meditation and yoga sessions. Like Jasper Lake with Cricket sounds, Mountain lake with birds chirping & smooth water sounds, rain falling on leaves etc. You can set any of these scenes to play while using the app. When you play any meditation session, scene sounds also play in the background. You can also adjust the volume of the scene.
