Guns of Boom is an action game offered by Game Insight. It has more than fifty million downloads on the Play Store. Choose your weapons, equip armors, helmets, pick up your grenades and get ready to compete against the real players all around the world.
Gameplay
Guns of Boom is a first person perspective PvP shooter game. It in, you will be matched against a team having 4 players of the same league. The match lasts for five minutes. You have to kill the other players. You will get points for killing them. The team with the most points will be the winner. On winning the match, you will earn trophies to rise up in the league and XP that will increase your level in the season. You can take one shotgun, one AR, one rifle, one piston, one knife and one machine gun in the battle. You can also choose up to four perks and grenades.
Controls
The controls are easy and intuitive. To change the camera, drag the right side of the screen. To move your character, drag the virtual joystick on the left side of the screen. Aim the crosshair at the enemies to shoot them. It has the auto-shoot feature. You can also use a button for manual firing. It shows grenade & medical kit buttons on the right side of the screen. You can use them to use health kits and throw grenades.
Game Modes
In this game, there are three game modes: Classic, Private Match and Brawl. Each mode has its own rules. These modes are explained in the following subsections.
Classic
Classic mode is the only mode that affects your rating in the leagues. You will get trophies and cash for winning the matches. Your XP increases with each match and it doesn’t matter if you win or not. It also has different types of matches that depend on your league. In the silver league, you will play the team deathmatch. In the gold 1 league, king of the hills unlocks. Gold 3 league unlocks the control points and payload battles.
Private Match
Private Matches give you no rewards. These matches are self-created. You can create a room and invite your friends to play with & against you. Rules for these matches are just like the tournament rules. Have fun with your friends only.
Brawl
In the Brawl mode, you will only get cash for winning the match. It will not affect your league. In the brawl mode, many types of events are released from time to time. Each event has unique rules. E.g. In the Gunslingers event, players can only use pistons and poisoned throwing knives and they have equal HP & armor.
