Idle Firefighter Tycoon is a simulation game offered by Kolibri Games. It has more than millions of downloads on the play store. Manage your own fire station, go on rescue missions, resolve the fire incidents, earn money and become the billionaire.
Gameplay
In this game, you have a fire station to resolve any incidents regarding fire in the city. You will have no one in the station. You need to hire staff to receive calls, fire crew to go on rescue missions and departments like kitchen, restroom etc. All the staff & crew will work automatically. You just need to decide what to buy or upgrade to increase the profit. On the buying and upgrading window, you can see the details about how much item value it increases and processing time it decreases. Your profit depends on your gain, items and wages. Items value increase with each new item and upgrades.
Departments
There are mainly 6 departments you need to upgrade to increase the processing time of the staff: Lobby, Kitchen, Bathroom, Waiting Room, Garage and Equipment Room.
Lobby – In the lobby, you receive calls about the fire incidents from the city. Hire staff to receive those calls. On the board, you can see the number of incoming calls that are not answered yet. Hire more staff to receive multiple calls and upgrade them to speed up the call processing.
Waiting Room – After the emergency staff receives the calls, they send the info about the incident in the waiting room. You can see the number of unsolved incidents on the board here. Fire crew also waits here when the equipment room is full.
Equipment Room – To go on missions, crew members need safety equipment for the incident. In this room, they equip these equipment. You can buy new lockers, benches, AC & decoration. Upgrade the room to increase the equipping speed.
Garage – In the garage, you can buy new fire trucks and hire new firefighter crew. Trucks are required to go and resolve the incidents. You get money when they come after completing the missions.
Kitchen – When a firefighter crew comes after resolving the incident, they need food to restore the energy or they can’t be ready for the next incident.
Team Captains
There are many team captains in the game. You can assign the captains to any department to increase the crew & staff’s morale and processing time. Some captains are experts in a specific field. So assign them to that specific department only. Otherwise there will be no increase in processing time of units.
Resources
Money and gems are the main resources in the game. Money is used for everything in it. Buying new items, upgrading them, expanding any department, all needs money. With the gems, you can buy chests from the shop. There are also some special items of very high value that can only be bought with gems.
