Scribblenauts Unlimited is a puzzle game offered by Warner Bros. International Enterprises. Play in an open free-roaming world full of puzzles, solve them, collect starites and save your sister Lily.
Story
The story starts with Edgar & Julie who were the greatest adventurers. They explored the whole world and found many magical items. After their last adventure, they retired and married each other. Now they have 42 children. All of them went in their own ways with one magical item given by their parents except Maxwell & Lily. Edgar gives Lily a magical globe and Maxwell a magical notepad. Then he sends them to the city to explore. But on their way, Maxwell gives a rotten apple to an old man who was hungry. And the old man gives a curse to Lily. She is turning into stone now. Maxwell goes to his brother Edwin’ house. Edwin tells him that Starite can break the curse. And to get the starite, it is necessary to make people happy. So Maxwell decides to help everyone and make them happy to collect the starite and break the curse. Now you have to help him in his journey.
Gameplay
In this game, you will start at Edwin’s farm where you will help him to win the best piggie competition. It’s a tutorial task to teach you how to play games and solve puzzles. When you solve any puzzle, you will get a shard. 10 shards will make one starite. There are starite levels in which you will get one full starite on completing it. To complete a puzzle or make someone happy, tap on him. You will see what they want written at the bottom of the screen. Use your notepad to create objects or add adjectives to any object. For example, in the first puzzle, you need to make the pig big in size. So you tap on the pig, add an adjective and type big in the notepad. Then that pig will become big. In this way, you have to think what to create or add to complete the puzzle.
Controls
Controls are really easy. You can move the character by holding down the side of the screen. Or change the setting to joystick. Then drag your finger in the direction you wanna move the character. Tap on any object or person to see the options. When you create any object, it appears on the screen, drag it to Maxwell to equip it and to the trashcan to delete it. You can open the notebook from the top right corner. Pinch the screen to zoom in/out. When you zoom in or out, you can see the Maxwell face on the top left corner. You can tap it to change the camera to Maxwell.
Magical Book & Globe
Magical book and globe are the main part of the game. With the globe, you can travel to any part of the map instantly. And with the magical book, you can create any object just by typing like hammer, brush, laddar, truck, fountain etc. There are many puzzles where you have to create many objects. You can also edit any object’s property. Like you can make anyone big, small, bouncy etc. You can store any object into the object library so you can use them later. This way you don’t have to create objects again and again.
