For instance, wheat is required for bread, cookies, animal feed, etc. So, build a field whenever possible and grow crops. 

Raise & Feed Animals & Birds

You can also raise animals & birds such as cows, chickens, pigs, sheep, ducks, otters, etc., and feed them to get different types of products like milk, eggs, wool, meat, etc. But for them, you need to build different buildings for each type such as cowsheds, pig farms, chicken coops, duck feeders, etc. where these animals can stay. Build Houses & Community Buildings

To construct buildings and expand the territories, you will need people. And as you level up and build higher-level buildings, the required people to construct them will increase as well. So, to increase the population of your town, you can build new houses. It has many types of houses like cape cod cottages, chalets, bungalows, conch houses, farmhouses, gambrel, American foursquare, etc. The bigger the horse, the more the number of people increases. 

If the population reaches the max population capacity, you can’t build new houses. And any task requiring people more than capacity will not be started. Therefore, Township has community buildings like the police station, school, fire station, hospital, grocery school, post office, etc. Constructing them increases the maximum population capacity. 

It requires two construction phases to complete the community buildings. In the first phase, you just need to spend money like other buildings. Once it’s completed, you need to use the required materials such as glass, bricks, iron, etc. Each building has different requirements. 

Complete Town’s People’s Orders to Earn Coins & EXP

The main source of earning coins is completing orders of the town’s people. From time to time, they will need various types of products and order them. You can fulfill their orders by delivering the required products. You will get coins and EXP for each successful delivery. 

Coins are needed for constructing new buildings & expanding the territories and EXP to increase your level. On leveling up, new product recipes, crops, decorations & factories are unlocked. Sometimes, you also get special orders that reward you with cash. In these orders, you may need to play some mini-games or deliver materials. 

Open Your Own Zoo in Township

It also has a zoo that you can unlock at level 24. In it, you can add animals from around the world to your zoo. Also, you can breed them. The zoo is also a good source of earning coins. The people will come from other cities to look for animals and pay you coins for them. But you also need to complete animals’ orders and feed them. 

Play Together with Your Friends & Help Them

You can invite and add your friends to the friend list and play together with them. You can send them gifts and help them if they need any products. Also, if you are missing any material for a construct, you can ask your friend for help. It makes it easier to develop the town with friends.
